After earning my degree in Marketing and spending time working in corporate America, I realized I wanted to wake up every day and love what I do and that’s exactly what brought me to the beauty industry. I’m passionate about helping people feel confident and beautiful through hair. Whether you’re looking for a subtle refresh or a complete transformation, my goal is to create a look that makes you feel like the best version of yourself. Hi! I’m Amber and I’ve been in the beauty industry for 19yrs. Ive done makeup, skincare, and i’ve practiced as a nail tech. My real passion is behind the chair creating beautiful hair on the amazing people I meet. I love teaching clients how to style their hair, and educating them on what products will best help them achieve their hair goals. Continuing education in this industry is very important to me and you will find that I am always trying new techniques in the salon to keep things fresh and fun.

Hi, I’m Alex! I’ve been a stylist in Massachusetts for over seven years, and I’m excited to continue my career here in Portland. With a background in art, I bring creativity and precision to every style I create. I’m especially passionate about vivid fashion colors and custom cuts, and I take pride in truly listening to each client to craft a look that’s uniquely theirs.

My name is Devon Murph. I am a hair dresser and one of the owners at Salon Synergy. I have 31 years under my belt and I still love HAIR! I enjoy teaching and sharing all of my knowledge because I believe we should never stop learning. I love working with all textures of hair, but I will have to be honest.. my favorite thing is cutting the perfect shape BOB!!! Textured, all one length, tapered or whatever the best shape for you is, we can figure that out!

As co-owner of the salon, the best part of what I do is the connections I get to make with the people who sit in my chair. I love getting to know my clients, hearing their stories, sharing laughs, and creating a space where you can feel comfortable being yourself.
Color has always been my passion. Whether we're creating lived-in dimension, blending grays, making a subtle change, or taking on a color correction, I love working together to create something that feels like you. My goal is always to create hair that fits your lifestyle and makes you feel confident—not just the day you leave the salon, but every day after.
As a Davines Educator, I’m constantly learning, sharing, and finding new inspiration to bring back to the salon. Teaching other stylists and being part of such a creative community is one of the most rewarding parts of my career. I’m so grateful to have a career that allows me to combine my love of color, education, travel, and discovering inspiration from different places and cultures around the world.
